Project Director - Global Real Estate

Job Description This is an opportunity at Director level in Dublin for an Experienced Real Estate professional to join a large scale multinational business. Program Director - Global Real Estate - 150k+ Joining a multinational company, you will take responsibility for driving initiatives to deliver on the company's global real estate strategy. The role will give you excellent access to the C-Suite within the organisation and a chance to shape global policies and drive results. The role will demand: Oversight of the development of effective program strategies with detailed execution plans for complex Real Estate footprint initiatives and Construction projects.Removal roadblocks, obtain cross functional buy in, funding and approval and manage projects and strategies to completionCompletion of financial / footprint analysis and business case preparation for C-suite and other business unit and corporate executive meetingsInfluence and support business and functional executives in setting footprint strategies and performance targetsChampion the use of financial modelling, data analytics and succinct executive summaries to influence strategic and tactical decision makingStay abreast of industry trends to improve efficiency and productivity. Benchmark and continually improve Global Real Estate performance.
