Opportunity to work with a leading listed real estate developerOpportunity to work closely with the senior leadershipAbout Our ClientOur client is a renowned listed real estate developer based out of PuneJob DescriptionProject - Strategy and PlanningProvide recommendations on the project-or township specific strategic and operational plans to the management and be responsible for implementing themWork closely with key functions like Marketing, Sales, Operations, Liaison, D&D, Facility etc. towards meeting the project's objectives and ensure smooth coordination and alignment at all levelsPrepare, maintain, and track business plan for the Project/s on a monthly basis and AOP for each year based on these business plansFocus on assignments for township level experience enhancement.Project Sales and GrowthEnsure project / township profitability - collaboratively strategize & work with functional heads towards achieving AOPPlan and support expansions / new sector launches within the projects ensuring complete preparedness of the sales team for the launch and successful launch capitalization of opportunities.Ensure complete alignment with key functions for seamless and smooth execution of all project activities and achievement of AOP Oversee deployment of structure, policies and SOPs for smooth functioning of the Project / township in coordination with respective functionsDevelop and lead local initiatives at the project site / township towards customer connect and engagement. Ensure best-in-class customer experience for new as well as resident customers of the township/site.Stakeholder ManagementStrategically manage key stakeholder relationships wherever required within and outside the organizationEnsure timely information flow/ MIS to corporate team and to Management of the CompanyThe Successful ApplicantA successful 'Project Director' should have:10-15 years of experience with a real estate developerShould have managed a P&L
