Project Director - Real Estate Development

This high-impact role involves overseeing the construction of real estate units, while ensuring alignment with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 . Key responsibilities: Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale real estate development projects, overseeing all phases from planning and design to execution and handover. Manage a multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of real estate units, for a broad range of end-users. Implement advanced construction methodologies, such as precast panels , to enhance efficiency and sustainability. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and government bodies, ensuring that project milestones are met within the designated timelines and budgets. Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols throughout the project. What you'll need to succeed: A minimum of 12 years of experience in project management, with 15+ years preferred , specifically in Real Estate Development projects . Proven ability to lead large-scale projects, with experience in infrastructure development. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships with various stakeholders. A track record of delivering projects within set budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to high safety and quality standards. Saudi Nationals are mandatory for this role. Preferred qualifications: Experience leading large scale real estate development projects within leading organizations Familiarity with modern construction techniques and sustainable development practices.
