We also have multiple civil construction projects in the Mackay and Townsville regions after this project finishes in around a years time.At BMD, your uniqueness and individuality will be valued and respected. Our mission is to sustain and grow our business by valuing our people and fostering an environment for go-getters like you to achieve to your full potential.To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringFive+ years’ experience in the civil construction industry with over two years’ experience specifically in project engineeringexperience in earthworks, drainage and road construction (ideally with exposure to a Department of Transport and Main Roads project)a collaborative management style to build a close outcome focused teamstrong commercial acumen, leadership and negotiation skillsstakeholder and client engagement experience.
