You will learn from brilliant business leaders and colleagues who provide mentorship and inspiration so that you can become a better you.JOB PURPOSETo manage the technical teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services to the site.WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEThis is a unique development role that To manage the technical teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services to the site.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences& QualificationsDevelop, deploy and implement plans to ensure the best utilization of assets in the sites as well assupervise and give guidance on the maintenance of such assets.Manage the technical teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services tothe site.Develop, deploy and implement plans to ensure the best utilization of assets in the sites as well as supervise and give guidance on the maintenance of such assets.Lead the Innovation implementation on the site, looking for best alternatives/options of design to manufacturing, following USCC/category technology selections.Capital budget preparation and management.Support innovation delivery as part of regional network.Create and implement plans to continuously improve site infrastructure needs such as energy, water,treatment, steam and all infrastructure services, contracts and contractors.Coach and develop the human resources across the site on technical and technology issues.Manage the projects, overhauling and innovation budgets.Work collaboratively with Operations managers to improve site and line efficiencies and reduce waste.Develop, built, and make available in the organization the Product, Process and Packaging Expertiserelevant to the asset baseSkills 5+ years technical experience – Project Engineer, Basic knowledge of Unilever’s innovation process management. Operational in SAP PLM. Strong Project Management skills. Influencing teams through effective communication. Fluency in Spanish and in English. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in food science, chemical engineering, packaging engineering, or similar discipline.
