Project Engineer
Description :We are now looking for two Project Engineers at Hitachi Energy, Grid Automation business in Vaasa. In this role, you will be an important member in a project team. Open-minded, customer oriented and innovative are key factors for success in our working environment. You should be a team player who collaborates across organizational levels in an intercultural environment.As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for engineering including purchasing definitions, system configuration, HMI creation in SCADA/DMS system and process database building. You will be participating in commissioning and customer training at site.In this position you need to be customer oriented, have an inborn ability to solve complex problems, readiness to travel and the ability to adapt and learn quickly new things. Ideally, you are already familiar with MicroSCADA X products, have experience in critical communication networks and understand the importance of cyber security for control systems.Your responsibilitiesWorking at the customer front, delivering engineering and expert knowledge for MicroSCADA X control systems and related equipmentParticipating in domestic and export projects of various sizes as a technical engineerTechnical support of our sales organizationSupporting our end-customers with your technical expertise, leading to better project execution, higher customer satisfaction and long-term collaborationYour backgroundBSc or MSc in information technology or electrical engineering.Experienced knowledge with MicroSCADA Pro, MicroSCADA X, SDM600, IET600, RTU5xx, Cyber Security.Ability to solve complex problems, learn quickly and innovate.Project execution experience.Able to work independently as well as part of a team.Proven communication and presentation skills in Finnish and English.Excellent communication skills, customer interface skills.Willingness to travel Interested in an exciting new challenge?
