Job PurposeResponsible for the successful execution of the assigned project package by coordinating all the disciplines involved such as engineering, procurement, inspection, testing, transport, etc., in accordance with TechnipFMC QHSES corporate policies, contractual commitments (design data, codes, classes etc.), schedule and budget.Job Description Manage the daily administration of projects Ensures that engineering and requisitioning as well as procurement, subcontracting, expediting and associated testing, operations, and logistics activities in own area of action are developed according to schedule, man/hours, equipment, and materials budget as well as contractual specifications Provides timely reporting to Project Management and operational supervisor: follow up of activity, critical deviation of activities and/or potential risks Enforces QHSES corporate policies within areas of responsibilities Coordinates engineering and requisitioning activities with procurement and operations Ensures that vendors’ documents are approved, commented, and returned to vendors on time Handles preparation of documents required by contract and authorities Oversees the availability of all information and data needed for activities within areas of responsibility Contributes to the definition of equipment lists You are meant for this job if: BS in Engineering or equivalent with 2 to 5 years of experience in engineering or related fields 2 to 5 years of experience as project engineer Strong project management skills Ability to think and act independently on relatively complex projects and issues Efficient problem-solving skills Good level of English (written & oral) Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
