Leading major projects with a Civil & Utilities scope:
Defining project scope, budget, and timeline planning.
Creating the Project Charter.
Building and supervising the project team.
Ensuring best-in-class project execution
Providing direct supervision of the Project Team.
Tracking and reporting CAPEX projects.
Monitoring and reporting the project timeline.
Maintaining risk management tracking and implementing mitigation measures where applicable.
Incorporating innovation and new technologies defined during project development.
Facilitating cross-functional communication with project and plant teams.
Driving innovation during project scoping, development, and implementation:
Applying innovation related to civil and utilities works.
Adhering to Energy Saving and Sustainability principles.
Following IL6S principles during project scoping, implementation, start-up, and commissioning.
Communication and endgaging with Internal & External Stakeholders
Collaborating with plant stakeholders, including the Plant Manager, Finance, BD&E, and Functional Leads.
Engaging with Regional Engineering Stakeholders and Regional Functional Leaders.
Coordinating with Cross-Functional Groups and GRC (Global Risk Consultants).
Vereisten
University Degree or equivalent further education qualification in relevant discipline: Engineering / Civil / Architectural / Mechanical engineering degree
5+ years of Project Management experience is required. Experience in major projects with Civil & Utilities scope.
Fluency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCad, Project management software. Awareness with data bases functionality (e.g. SAP)
