Project Engineer

Industry leader in the Capital Region is looking for an entry-level engineering professional for a Project Engineer opening.  This position will allow an individual to learn many facets of their business including design, testing, process, and project management.

What you will do:





Gather technical data and designs in support of new product introduction





Work with customers on specific products, project timelines, and design modification





Help develop test procedures, maintain proper documentation, and help train associates on new processes





Support sales team on technical documentation for customers





Manufacture and test lab samples; electrical and mechanical tests





Special projects as assigned





 





What you need to excel in this position:





Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering





A year or so of hands on engineering/technician experience; internships will be considered





Excellent organizational and communicative skills





Proficiency in MS Office products; any experience with an ERP would be a bonus
