Proficiency using Office programs (Excel, Word and Outlook). Experience in Primavera software (). Abilities: Work independently. Quick self-starter, team-oriented and able to work with different personalities and professional styles to complete tasks. Individuals must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic and the ability to see and solve problems on their own. Responsibilities: Assisting with bidding, subcontracts, material procurement, and submittals. Will be responsible for Quality Control, cost coding, cost tracking, equipment tracking and jobsite coordination as required by management.
