A leading groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frame contractor in London is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join their team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a skilled individual with a proven track record in temporary works, groundworks, RC frames and structures, and enabling works.

\nKey Responsibilities:\n

• Oversee and manage groundworks and RC frame projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Collaborate with design teams to implement temporary works schemes that are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulations.

\n

• Coordinate enabling works, including site preparation, utilities, and groundwork, to facilitate seamless construction operations.

\n

• Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

\n

• Lead project planning, risk assessment, and quality assurance initiatives.

\n

• Ensure clear and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles.

\n

• Monitor and report on project performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

\n

\nKey Requirements:\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Significant experience working with contractors specialising in groundworks, RC frames, structures, and enabling works.

\n

• Strong knowledge of temporary works design and implementation.

\n

• Demonstrable expertise in managing projects of varying complexity within the groundworks and RC frame sector.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

\n

• A solid understanding of construction health and safety regulations.

\n

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
