Pro Resources is seeking a Project Engineer for a client in Elkhart, IN. This multifaceted position requires a strong background in wire harness assembly, design, and customer interface. The successful candidate will have experience using Zuken for harness design, be hands-on with assembly processes, and be capable of developing manufacturing processes and quoting. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure the successful design and delivery of wire harness solutions. This is a non-remote, full-time position based in Elkhart County, Indiana. Zuken Design Software Experience is Required. Apply Today!

• 1st Shift
• Compensation is from 70,000 USD to 80,000 USD per year

Job Duties

• Design wire harnesses using CAD software.

• Work closely with customers to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.

• Develop manufacturing processes for wire harness production.

• Assemble wire harnesses and ensure quality standards are met.

• Prepare cost estimates and quotes for customers.

• Maintain organized records and documentation for all projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Provide hands-on support in the assembly and testing of harnesses as needed.

Background Profile

• AS in Electronics or a related field required; BS in Electronics or a related field .
• Proficiency in Zuken design software is REQUIRED
• Strong experience in wire harness assembly and design.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with wire harness assembly.
• Must be able to work on-site in Elkhart County, Indiana.
