Project Engineer

Responsibilities Oversee and manage all onsite construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications timelines and safety standards. Develop and monitor project schedules budgets and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress quality and adherence to health and safety regulations. Identify and resolve any constructionrelated issues promptly to avoid delays. Prepare and present progress reports documentation and updates to senior management and clients. Ensure that all construction activities align with EGA (Emirates Global Aluminium) project requirements and standards. Lead and motivate the construction team ensuring high performance and collaboration onsite. Qualifications and Skills Experience: 1015 years of experience in the construction industry with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the UAE. Proven track record in managing complex construction projects preferably in industrial or largescale developments. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies project management principles and UAE construction regulations. Proficiency in using project management and construction software tools. Soft Skills: Leadership and team management capabilities to drive performance and meet deadlines. Excellent problemsolving skills to address challenges onsite efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with stakeholders and team members. Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
