Oversee and document subcontractor progress, including preparing progress estimates. Write and manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and submittals. Interpret contract documents and handle change orders, compensation requests, and time extensions. Update and maintain P6 project schedules on a monthly basis. Work on bid-build unit price and lump sum projects, ensuring compliance with measurement and payment requirements. Document delays and scope changes as they arise. Support and maintain as-built drawings. Coordinate with project superintendents on daily schedules, including workforce, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and suppliers. Act as a liaison between project management and field teams, ensuring clear communication on schedules, scope changes, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with MBE/WBE/DBE requirements. Maintain adherence to company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Effectively balance multiple tasks while keeping a focus on overall project goals. Help coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely project completion and high-quality results. Requirements: Experience: 5-10 years of experience in public works projects, with both field and office responsibilities. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaboration and problem-solving. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel for tracking and managing project data. Licensing: A valid driver’s license in good standing. While requirements are essential, we value flexibility in preferences.
