The Role:

About You:

* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent industry experience.

* Proven experience managing engineering projects within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.

* Strong knowledge of process improvement, automation, and equipment installation.

* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.

* Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

* Knowledge of industry regulations, including health and safety standards.
