Position: Superstructure Project Engineer

Location: United Kingdom - London

Industry: Construction & Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Ensure compliance with UK building permits and regulatory requirements.
• ✅ Coordinate planning permits with consultants and key stakeholders, including UK Power Networks.
• ✅ Review contractor schedules, ensuring all activities are achievable and properly sequenced.
• ✅ Monitor and control superstructure-related activities to ensure timely execution.
• ✅ Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and focal points for seamless project integration.
• ✅ Provide daily progress updates and maintain alignment with all relevant teams.
• ✅ Support the development and improvement of discipline-related procedures & standards.
• ✅ Analyze and recommend solutions for construction challenges.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, or MEP).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in housing/real estate project construction (Superstructure).
• Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary superstructure activities.
• Project Construction Management certification is required.
• PMP certification is .
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, MS Project & Primavera P6.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
