An excellent opportunity has become available to be a part of the team responsible to co-ordinate strategy deployment topics within the cross-functional team including multiple engineering disciplines (series liaison, bespoke mechanical, bespoke electrical, release) and multiple external supply chain disciplines (purchasing and supplied parts quality). Working closely with senior stakeholders in the team to maximise continuous improvement within the wider organisation, maximising employee engagement through structured improvement programmes & sprint projects, including digitalisation of tools and methods in pursuit of efficiency gains. Co-ordinating our Quality management actions including audits and evaluations to ensure work is performed to required standards. A cross-functional steering, influence & reporting role. Other aspects steered by the team, some of which would be steerable by you: budget steering, compliance steering, facilities steering, training, communication event scheduling and facilitation.
