Project Engineer

Job Description Growing engineering firm committed to clients and quality service is adding a Project Engineer to their Dallas team! Responsibilities: Assist with construction plans production for various projects Projects include residential, commercial and municipal infrastructure design Analyze/design utility, grading, paving and drainage infrastructure Coordinate project design with architects and consultants Prepare quantity takeoffs, cost estimates and bid specifications Visit sites to monitor construction and check field conditions Review/process contractor submittals Prepare site investigation Develop feasibility reports Maintain project documentation Client communication Perform quality takeoffs, shop drawing review and quality control reviews Requirements: B.S. in Civil Engineering 5+ years of experience Must have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam PE License preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
