Project Engineer/Assistant Project Engineer (ACMV)

Job DescriptionOur client is an established air-conditioning contractor. The Project Engineer/Assistant Project Engineer (ACMV) will be responsible for leading and managing a team of junior technicians to oversee daily operations.【 What you will be doing 】- Manage maintenance, repair, operations, and upgrading works for ACMV projects- Assist in development and project process management- Overseeing site installation works, supervising sub-contractors, and attending site meetings- Possesses leadership, ownership, and responsibility with the team for discussions on technical solutions- Project construction management and safety management- Preparation of construction drawings and completion documents- Construction meeting and preparation with subcontractors- Any other related projects to be assignedQualificationsRequirement【 What they are looking for 】(Must)- At least 3 years of experience in ACMV maintenance projects is a must!- Fluent in English and Mandarin (listening, speaking, and writing) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates.(Advantageous)- Possession of a Class 3 driving license and owning a car is advantageous!- At least 5 years of experience in air-conditioning-related ACMV projects is preferred.- Minimum of a diploma or equivalent for BCA requirements (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics - Engineering).English Level-Other Language-Additional InformationBenefit【 What they are offering 】- AWS: 1Month- Incentive Bonus: On average 4 times per year (Depending on Company and Individual Performance) - Annual Leave: 7 days, with a maximum of up to 14 days- Medical Leave - Medical Insurance - Overtime PayableWorking Hour8:30 ~ 17:00Holiday-Job Function
