All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.Dare to make an impact?     YOUR ROLE Evaluate, improve and execute Capex projects within a Production Network with focus on our Production site in Heidelberg in E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation) engineering areaBe the lead Engineering for Capex projectsSupport Capex projects within the regional team in E&I related areaProjects can be in Infrastructure, SHE, Equipment, etc.Responsible for technical evaluations of the capital investment projects in E&I areaSupport the capital investment planningDevelopment and introduction of Manufacturing Engineering standardsResponsible for the departmental QM/SHE/Lean activities in EngineeringSupport Global Technologies Network YOUR SKILLS Completed studies in E&I Engineering Knowledge Project Management, Lean Management is an advantage, first work experience or internships desirable"Think outside the box"; curiosity, creativity and constant questioning of existing processesContinuous improvement thinking while achieving short-term goals with the help of available instruments and capacitiesVery independent, self-initiated working style, intercultural competence and ability to work in a teamSupport for individual projects as well as global and European initiativesWillingness to travelExcellent communication skills; ability to communicate with colleagues in different functions and locations in English and German language At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
