Project EngineerLocation: Elkhart, INJob Summary: The Project Engineer is responsible for managing a variety of plant engineering projects. Ideal candidate has strengths in developing project scope, funding proposals, generating specifications, and handling supervision of contractors and internal personnel for effective project delivery. Coordinates with project stakeholders including but not limited to Operations and HESS (Safety) staff to ensure that projects are implemented with utmost attention to safety and minimal disruption to production. Manages project financials to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Our engineers spend a great deal of time working with customers on capital projects to implement into our manufacturing floor to meet customer demands. Must have a collaborative working style, thrives on managing a wide range of diverse projects and enjoys interacting with all levels of plant staff.
