Our client has established itself as a cooling partner of choice for its clients, offering high quality, reliable solutions with significant cost and operational efficiencies and environmental benefits.Job DescriptionTechnical Proposal/Feasibility StudyReview/perform technical feasibility study for brown filed/green field projectsReview technical proposal as may be required for new projectsPrepare Project Schedule through MS Project/PrimaveraEngineering Review during Project ExecutionReview/approve engineering submittals and Drawings made by Contractors during project execution & ensure compliance to Company's technical performanceReview and approve Material inspection report, installation inspection report and measurements.Review and update manpower histogram, Cashflow flow and budget.Resolve technical issues that may arise during project executionReview/approve project handover/takeover documents submitted by contractorsAttend regular meetings with stakeholders and update the statusAsset Document ManagementEstablish & manage process to maintain accurate & up to date technical information (Master As Built) of operating assetsMake effective use of Company's Document Management System to store/retrieve Master-As Built DrawingsTender Process Management: Review technical tender package for new tendersObtain feedback from relevant stakeholders (O&M, Customer, HSE etc) on technical tender package & incorporate changes as may be requiredPerform review of technical submissions by biddersEnsure compliance to technical bids to Company's technical specificationsReview deviation requests as per Company's internal processNo Objection Certificate (NOC) Process ManagementReview NOC applications submitted by various entitiesEscalate to management, any activities mentioned in NOC application that could pose threat to the safety & integrity of Company's operating assets & propose adequate technical control measures to mitigate/eliminate such riskCommunicate with all stakeholders (HSE, O&M etc) on any potential risks associated with an NOC application to Company's assetsPrepare status report to management as per NOC procedureThe Successful ApplicantE./ in Mechanical Engineering is mandatoryMinimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least one project executed end-to-endExperience in managing third party contactors in the execution of projectsExperience in managing multi-disciplinary projectsSkilled in the use of engineering softwareProject Management experienceEngineering principles
