Summary : Energean is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join the team in Haifa office. The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing engineering projects related to our offshore operations, with a focus on the Energean Power FPSO. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Accountabilities : • Plan, organize, and execute engineering projects related to offshore operations, including FPSO units. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives. • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these parameters. • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution. • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to ensure project safety and integrity. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, contractors, and vendors. • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences. • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in project execution. Qualifications and Experience : • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably mechanical, civil, or petroleum engineering). • Professional engineering license (PE) preferred. • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the oil and gas industry. • Experience with offshore operations, FPSO units, and/or subsea engineering is highly desirable.
