Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager with a strong background in machine integration and equipment installation. This role will be responsible for leading engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless integration of machinery and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring technical and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of machine integration and equipment installation projects.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

• Coordinate with design, automation, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless equipment installation.

• Oversee system commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.

• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful completion.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and technical staff.

• Maintain documentation, reports, and project records.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in project management within machine integration or equipment installation.

• Strong understanding of industrial automation, mechanical systems, and electrical controls.

• Proficiency in CAD software, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial communication protocols.

• Experience managing multiple projects in manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.

• PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus.

• Willingness to travel for project oversight and commissioning as needed.
