Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and design of engineering projects, including feasibility studies and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with safety standards and specifications.
• Prepare and review engineering documentation, including reports, drawings, and contracts.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and project delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project engineering or a related role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and relevant regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and engineering design tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
