Job Summary:
We specialize in replacing doors & windows in a unique style of home found here in the Bay Area called Eichler Homes. Due to the non-traditional style of construction, experience working on these homes is crucial for a successful outcome. We have built a reputation as experts in our field, and we are looking to train someone to join our sales team.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, great personality, and a desire to grow their career by training under our sales manager. This is an all-encompassing sales & project engineering position, meaning you will see projects through from the initial phone call to the final invoice, and everything in between.
This position reports to the Eichler & Fleetwood Estimator.
Job Description:
· Field phone calls.
· Perform in-home estimate appointments (light travel is required).
· Price out projects.
· Generate and send quotes, contracts, deposits, invoices.
· Order materials.
· Schedule projects.
· Act as point of contact for homeowners during the project, troubleshooting when necessary.
