Project Engineer - Security

The Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join either our VIC, NSW or QLD team. Work closely with the Project Management Team. We are looking for someone who wants a long term career and we want to develop your technical and leadership skills. Career progression could be a step into a PM role or another part of Johnson Controls. This role will have a focus on the Security Projects. You will responsible for: Plan, coordinate and prepare project deliverables required to initiate, develop, and execute assigned projects. Provide leadership to complete the project on time and within budget. Ensure appropriate project focus and allocation of effort to achieve deliverable deadlines. Effectively design and execute projects to meet performance and specification requirements. Ensure project financial status is understood reviewed and updated. Provide project updates to project manager and senior management. Ensure a high quality of work and compliance to OHS&E standards. Preparation of QA documentation. Involved in Software testing, System Commissioning and Building Signoff. Effectively manage customer/team relationships Maintain company standards and KPIs through your work by learning and creating Ability to identify opportunities, improvements and solutions that will enable you to optimise project costs. Plan and drive continuous improvements initiatives for organizational and efficiency improvement. Ability to demonstrate high levels of disciplined, professionalism, ethics, and accuracy in delivery of works under limited timeframe pressures. What we are looking for? Either hold a Security License or be willing to obtain one Strong background in Security Solutions offerings Skills in IT, network communication and PC hardware configuration Experience with CAD and BIM design tools. Extensive Commercial Security operational experience Excellent written/report writing & verbal communications skills Great customer service skills Passion to drive front line safety identification and resolution If you interested in this role, please click the apply button.
