We’re seeking a

Project Engineer

with experience in utility-scale solar construction and expertise in any engineering discipline (civil, mechanical, or electrical). This role is ideal for an aspiring professional eager to grow their career in specialized engineering disciplines or advance into project and engineering management.


Key Responsibilities:


Support project execution by assisting with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.


Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including construction crews, subcontractors, and clients, to address technical challenges and provide solutions.


Oversee the preparation, review, and management of project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.


Monitor project progress through site visits and hybrid work schedules, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.


Analyze and interpret engineering designs, schematics, and plans, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards.


Provide technical support to on-site teams, resolving issues related to civil, mechanical, or electrical components.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.


Proven experience as an engineer on utility-scale solar projects (100MW+ ).


Strong knowledge of engineering principles and best practices in solar construction.


Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.


Proficiency in project management tools, software, and methodologies.
