Project Engineering Lead (IK07-1769)

Experience 1.                   Minimum 15 years of experience in the engineering design and/or construction industry with increasing responsibility in engineering and construction leadership with recent experience in a Marine environment. 2.                   Engineering and/or leadership experience in KSA or wider Middle East 3.                   Knowledge of construction management software, such as Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera P6 Professional 4.                   Experience with construction project scheduling and budgeting 5.                   Experience with managing subcontractors and suppliers 6.                   Experience with construction safety and quality control 7.                   Experience with contract administration 8.                   Experience with leading and motivating teams 9.                   Sustainable construction practices 10.               Lean construction principles 11.               Building information modeling (BIM) 12.               Dispute resolution   Skills 1.                   Deep understanding of the construction process, including: • Construction materials and methods 2.                   Building codes and regulations 3.                   Project management principles 4.                   Safety procedures 5.                   Financial management 6.                   Contract Law 7.                   Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and workers 8.                   Plan and organize projects effectively 9.                   Manage budgets and resources efficiently 10.               Solve problems and make decisions under pressure 11.               Lead and motivate teams 12.               Oversee construction projects to ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality Requirements Bachelors and/or Masters degree in engineering from a certified educational program
