Responsibilities Lead the engineering team in the planning and execution of marine projects. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and implement engineering strategies to promote efficiency and innovation. Oversee the preparation and review of engineering documentation, including designs and specifications. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout project lifecycles. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to guarantee timely delivery. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project staff. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in marine engineering. Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects successfully. Strong understanding of marine structures, coastal engineering, and environmental regulations. Excellent project management skills, with experience in budget and resource management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset. Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders and team members
