They are well-established and can provide a job stability to you!Job DescriptionDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation for engineering projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverable are met on time and within budget.Identify and evaluate opportunities for energy savings and sustainability improvements feasibility.Provide and present the strategic roadmap to related stakeholders in order to achieve the plant's target.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, vendors, and team members.Follow up and ensure the projects has been completed on given timeline.Identify potential project risks related to energy-saving initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to energy efficiency and sustainability.The Successful ApplicantMinimum 10 years of experience in Engineering Project/ CAPEX Management.At least 3 years proven track records in sustainability projects such as Biomass, Carbon and waste reduction, or wastewater project.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Excellent Thai and English communication with good presentation and interpersonal skills.Proactive with ability to work under dynamic and fast-pace environment.Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.What's on OfferExcellent career path in global organisationGood benefit and compensationJob security
