Project Executive (Offshore)

Responsibilities Manage all logistics and documentation for project shipments Ensure timely and accurate transportation per Project Managers guidelines Handle shipping documents and comply with international trade regulations Coordinate with carriers and service providers for efficient and safe shipment Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients Address and resolve issues like delays or damages promptly Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction Travel as required to meet clients or oversee global operations. Requirements 2 years experience as Operations Executive role or similar Experienced in managing full cycle logistics for projects
