Job Summary:We are looking for a Project Facilities Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring that Super Micro's facilities systems and operations are operating safely and at highest level of efficiency. Additionally, the Project Facilities Engineer will provide assistance in the overall maintenance of buildings, completing work orders and ensuring building operations are efficient and effective.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Factory equipment operation management and maintenance Project execution Plan and establish facility systems, including supervision of related engineering, commissioning, adjustment, and acceptance. Plan the facility requirements proposed by user departments, draft construction specifications and quotations, and supervise, commission, and accept the projects. Record and analyze facility system operation data and provide improvement suggestions. Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and annual overhauls of utility systems. Handle abnormal situations of utility systems, manage spare parts, and establish equipment maintenance records. Write and implement SOP documents for utility systems and perform equipment and instrument calibration tasks. Write and verify validation documents for systems such as air conditioning, air compression, pure water, and central control. Support building public safety and fire inspection tasks. Handle tasks assigned by supervisors. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical and Electronic Maintenance, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. At least 5 years of relevant experience in facility systems management.
