If you are based within the Hampshire Surrey or Sussex area with Main Contractor or Sub Contractor experience, looking to join a business with a strong flow of work.\n\nClient\n\nBuildings Main Contractor – Main streams of business include Industrial, Commercial, Data & Logistics.\n\nTravel and working away during the week is the culture of the business\n\nHighly profitable offering a secure and long-term employment\n\nThere is a can-do team ethos and safety forms a critical aspect of the business\n\nRole\n\nTaking control of Health and Safety process including: Hazard Analysis, SOPs, Contractor Health and Safety Requirements, Accident and Incident Investigation,\n\nCarrying out toolbox talks, inductions and inspections\n\nCreating site HSSE strategies and pushing safety standards\n\nPrepared to travel during the week due to the business being very client led rather than geographically focused\n\nSafety presentations\n\nPrepared to roll up your sleeves and set standards from the front\n\nA can-do attitude who can build teams and sustain long term relationships\n\nRequirements\n\nNEBOSH\n\n5+ Years On-site experience working as a Safety Manager or Advisor\n\nExperience of Build and Civil Engineering Works\n\nHistory of working for Main Contractors or Sub-Contractors looking after worker welfare and safety on construction sites.\n\nHold a permanent employment history\n\nBenefits\n\nBasic salary range of £67-75,000\n\nAccommodation provided during the weeks all fully expensed\n\nCar and fuel allowance\n\nPension, Life Cover and Private Medical\n\nBonus and Annual Pay Review
