In August 2022, Aker Solutions entered into an agreement with SLB and Subsea 7 to form a new Joint Venture for subsea. Our Joint Venture came into effect on the 2nd of October 2023 and has been named OneSubsea.

The joint venture brings together deep reservoir domain expertise, broad front-end and system design knowledge. We provide an extensive field-proven subsea production and processing technology portfolio, world-class manufacturing scale and capacity, and unique pore-to-process integration capabilities.
OneSubsea is now looking for a Project Lead to join their team in Ågotnes.
As project employee you will be employed by NES Advantage Solutions AS, working for OneSubsea.
What will you be doing?
- Develop budget and revenue estimates for financial forecasts.
- Ensure revenue and contribution margins align with the budget for the assigned project.
- Create and manage quotations, maintaining close communication with clients.
- Establish and maintain the required planning level for the project.
- Develop and issue work preparations to workshops and offshore teams according to internal requirements.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and tasks, ensuring the team meets objectives and financial goals.
- Identify, prevent, and manage project risks.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Continuously improve internal processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer service.
- Close project plans, activities, and forecasts in line with project requirements, budget, and internal procedures.
- Demonstrate a commitment to HSSE and quality standards.
Qualifications we think you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a technical subject. Extensive and relevant work experience may compensate for a lack of degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project execution and engineering processes.
- Strong skills in building customer relationships.
- Commercial mindset with good contractual knowledge and risk awareness.
- Solid understanding of relevant subsea products and services, with the ability to advise clients and colleagues on technical matters.
