Project Management and Business Excellence Specialist (GQM Specialist)

Our warehouse spreads our products to Europe and the Middle East. We are currently looking for a:Project Management and Business Excellence Specialist (GQM Specialist)Purpose of the jobAs a Project Management and Business Excellence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the establishment and deployment of our Project Management Approach linked to our Hoshin Kanri (Strategy Deployment) process. You will assist in managing and controlling key projects, promoting and deploying best practice management frameworks, and facilitating continuous improvement activities to meet our organization’s strategic goals. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in process, project, and change management methodologies.Main responsibilities Support in the establishment and deployment of a Project Management Approach linked to our Hoshin Kanri (Strategy Deployment) processSupport in the management and control of key projectsSupporting organization in improving performance and change management by promoting and deploying best practice management frameworks, for instance EFQM Model.Establishing and implementing benchmarking processes by learning from other organizationsDevelopment, facilitation, and maintenance of continuous improvement activities to meet the organizations strategic goals: Supporting Kaizen-Innovation activities by providing trainings, coaching and facilitationConduct and support internal audits to find opportunities for improvement (5S , EFQM and ISO13485)Support in the coordination and revision of strategy deployment process (Hoshin Kanri) and KPI managementEnsure risk management and business continuity process is deployed in the organisation Main responsibilities Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably graduate in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or related field.Knowledge and experience in project management methodologies e.g. Waterfall, AgileKnowledge, experience or interest on continuous improvement methodologies e.g. Kaizen, problem solving, Lean Manufacturing, 5SWorking experience in the Quality Management field is an advantageAbility to communicate with individuals at all levels, customer-oriented, strong organizational skills and proactive approachVery good command of MS Office 365 applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of SharePoint and MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power App) is an advantageFluent English in speaking, reading and writing.
