Project Management Assistant (Renewables) Location: Warsaw (Varso Tower) Work type: Hybrid Contract Type: 3/4 to Full-time, office hours Experience: Entry level position, 1-2 years experience As a part of Green Capital SA, you will play a vital role in supporting our International Operations Team, conducting research, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our Warsaw office. This hybrid role will involve a variety of tasks ranging from administrative/operational support of our International Team (20%), research & project management assistance to our Head of Operations (75%), and office management (5%). No two days are the same, and you will often switch between different hats, providing an enriching and diverse work experience. Your daily duties will include Provide administrative support to the International Operations Manager and Chief Operations Officer of the Company Offer administrative assistance to key executives (International Operations Manager and Head of Operations) Shadow the Head of Operations and manage independent tasks. Handle clerical tasks like setting up filing systems, data entry, and ordering office supplies. Act as a liaison for international subcontractors, ensuring smooth document flow with internal teams such as HR, payroll, and finances. Other Executive assistant and office management tasks (e.g. planning, organizing and settling business trips, office space management, ordering office supplies, writing meeting minutes,...) Requirements Project Management skills with first business experience (small business or big company), with an ambition to grow your potential.
