OVERVIEWOur client is a global corporate advisory firm providing financial advisory and strategic consulting services across different sectors. ResponsibilitiesBeing engaged in large scale project in diverse industries in areas of growth strategy, post-merger integration and business turnaround. According to experience, you may also assume team lead role and will provide guidance to the project team in project execution which includes market research, data analysis, strategy formulation and project presentationWorking on a wide range and full cycle of M&A transactions, including due diligence assignments, valuations, business modelling, SPA advice and negotiations, M&A strategy as well as other corporate finance matters.Being involved in one of our portfolio businesses, including investment strategy formulation as well as strategic business decision-making. RequirementsA well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institutionRelevant experience in investment banking or management consultingStrong research, analytical and presentation skills with a good understanding of the Hong Kong and China marketsSelf-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independentlyFluent Japanese and English are required (both are at least business level).
