Within this D&I program, you will contribute to our approach both in the Netherlands and internationally. Your assignmentAs an intern within D&I you will provide project management support to our D&I Program Manager. You will gain program-, project- and change management skills, incl senior stakeholder engagement as well as intensive Diversity and Inclusion knowledge and practical application.You will be working with our global Diversity & Inclusion Specialists in a small team, while collaborating with and learning from a variety of colleagues and parties. Your tasks will, amongst others, consist of project related administrative tasks, arranging and preparing meetings and off-sites or run and lead (smaller) sub-projects under the program manager's supervision, content creation (presentations and other), raising awareness on D&I through relevant content on our internal channels.Your profileTo be the perfect match for this internship, you:Are a bachelor or master student in a field related to Business Administration or HR, with experience in Project Management related activities;Have a passion for people and have a strong interest in Diversity & Inclusion;Are proactive, hands on and independent;Feel comfortable in a high-tech environment and have a good command of English, as we work within an international community.This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship for minimum 4 months, 4 days per week (3 days on-site to boost collective creativity and your on-the-job development).
