Job Overview:

• This individual will provide project management services across predominantly the Automotive sector as well as other commercial sectors.
• Projects vary including strategic land developments, front-end Technical Due Diligence, Development Monitoring and Occupier Project Management; including fit outs of new and existing buildings and self-build developments

YOU – Essentials / Qualifications:

• MRICS with between 3 - 5 years
• Proven ability in delivering successful projects across a broad range and size, either in a lead or supporting role.
• Track record of successful contribution in pitching and winning new business instructions.
• Able to lead single and multiple projects from consultation to completion.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Highly motivated, proactive and a ‘can do’ attitude with a desire to progress and generate new business
• Input and integrate into the existing team of project managers
