IT Project Manager // £50,000 - £60,000 // Cheshire

If you’re looking to continue your project management career with a company looking to mature their processes and deliver genuine business value, this could be the role for you.

If you’re a pragmatist, rather than a perfectionist, this will absolutely be of interest.

And, if you’re someone who understands not everything can be delivered in textbook Agile, you are probably the person we want to speak with.

This organization, a financial services business, are looking to bolster their in-house delivery team with an IT Project Manager who can build relationships with their in-house tech team (Developers, QA, BA, etc) and 3rd Party development partners.

You’ll be one of two full-time Project Managers delivering a range of change initiatives; from smaller upgrades to whole new platforms.

We need a Project Manager who can juggle – not literally, but professionally – multiple projects at the same time. They’re not a big corporate so you need to be the type who rolls up their sleeves and gets satisfaction by impacting delivery and providing value.

Any of the following capabilities would be great to see:

• 5+ years in a Project Management role
• Waterfall deliveries, as well as Agile
• End to end project experience
• Superb stakeholder management
• Ability to lead workshops and working group meetings
• Juggling may also be of interest

In return, you will be given:

• A competitive salary, somewhere between £50,000-£60,000
