Project Manager \nCorby, Northamptonshire \nUpto £90,000 plus package \n\nDo you have experience of managing New Build Industrial/Warehouse projects of significant value as a number 1. If so, our client is keen to talk to you!!\nOur client, a fledgling main contractor located in the West Midlands have recently secured 3 new projects, with one scheme imminently hitting site. The initial project is a £18million, New Build Warehouse, with future projects ranging in value up to £25 million.\n\nYou will work closely with the Construction Director and have day to day operational responsibility for the development.

\nOur client is actively recruiting for a Project Manager to join their team. They pride themselves on being professional and approachable and are looking for an experienced individual too share their drive and passion. \n\nThe Candidate (Project Manager):\nAs a Project Manager you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness.

Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as a Project Manager. \n\nYou will require the following:\n•\tPrevious Industrial/Warehouse sector experience is essential.\n•\tA working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts (Preferable)\n•\tSMSTS\n•\tFirst Aid\n•\tA full UK driving license\n•\t\nThe Package:\n•\tSalary: Up to £90,000 dependent on experience and subject to review after probation period\n•\tCompany Car / Allowance\n•\tWorkplace Pension\n•\tBonus \n\nIf you are interested please apply with your most up to date CV, or contact Hardev Singh in the Birmingham Office
