Project Manager \nManchester \nSalary £Competitive + Package (DOE)\n\nAre you currently looking for work on a more regional basis, working locally on exciting new projects in and around the Manchester area?\n\nJoin a main contractor with opportunities to deliver on a variety of schemes.\n\nDue to winning several large projects they are looking for a number of experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join their teams. The Project Manager's they are looking for will have a stable work history and have a strong build background with proven experience in running projects from inception through to completion. \n\nThe Project Manager's role will be delivering a commercial office remodelling scheme in Manchester £22million.

You will be responsible for the project's running to time scales and budgets. Ensuring all deadlines and scope of works are completing to programme. \nTheir projects scope ranges from £20million up to £45million, so you will ideally have delivered schemes within this size.
