Job Description



* Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion up to the value of c. £10m



* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery



* Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary



* Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and clients



* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards



* Develop and oversee your site teams including site managers, quantity surveyors etc
