Job Description
Main Responsibilities:\n\nResponsible for project delivery of your assigned projects. Ensuring all projects follow the full project lifecycle, are fully tested, delivered on time, to budget and agreed specification/standards, and reviewed for continuous improvement.\nAssist the Sector Project Manager to review and manage internal standards and procedures, along with monitoring and international standards to ensure business standards and procedures remain current.\nContribute to all aspects of sales activity for the sector, covering order bank management, customer management, surveying, and quoting.\nDemonstrate commercial awareness, by examining, negotiating, and overseeing contracts with both customers and subcontractors.\nResponsible for maintaining good working relationships with our existing customer and supplier accounts.\nThe Person:\n\nUnderstanding of the full project life cycle, with demonstrable experience.\nExperience/Understanding in system integration\nDemonstrate commercial experience and contract management\nExcellent time management skills and be able to demonstrate a structure and methodical approach to workload.\nexperience of delivering projects, preferably PLC/SCADA in the water/waste water sector.\nBenefits Package \nWhat we can offer in return:\n\nSalary from £50,000 to £65,000 depending on experience\nHolidays - 25 days plus bank holidays\nHealth Shield - Employee Assistance Scheme\nProfit Share Scheme\nShare Scheme (6 Month LOS qualifying period)\nEV Car Purchase Scheme (1 Year LOS qualifying period)\nCompany Pension Scheme (Contributions matched up to 6%)\nHybrid working options following completion of probationary period.\nDisability Benefit Scheme and Death in Service Insurance
