Project Manager\n\nThe Company\n\nOur client is a new and up and main contractor specialising in fit out projects ranging in value from £500k - £2million. They are going from strength to strength and have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be working alongside the Operations Director and Commercial Manager and will be hands on in managing and delivering a 10 week shell and core project in Wolverhampton.\n\nThe project consists of a strip out of and knock through of 5 retail units to provide space for a new leisure facility. Your role will include\n\n * The delivery of the project with a value of circa £500k.\n\n * Assist in the development of the project programmes.

Identify the quality expectations and manage these.\n\n * Implement site establishment and ensure the efficient effective management of site logistics.\n\n * Manage Health and Safety and Implement all statutory regulatory and company requirements.\n\n * Understands the requirements of the project and ensures that all contract administration / procedures are undertaken.\n\n * Mitigate risks and maximise opportunities.\n\n * Control and manage site/project budgets.\n\n * Develop, control and ensure delivery against the project budgets.\n\nTo be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach. You will have good writing and analytical skills and have solid experience in managing fit-out projects.\n\nThe Plus Points\n\nThis is a great role with good prospects for a permanent position for the right candidate.
