Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end office fit-out projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, liaising with clients, and overseeing all project phases, from design through to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of office fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction phase.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across projects.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in office fit-out or similar commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of the construction process, design coordination, and project management principles.
  • Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and consultants in managing fit-out projects.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant building regulations, health & safety, and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is a plus.


Desirable Attributes:

  • Previous experience in a global consultancy or working on international projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
