We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver strategic Business Change Programmes at Walsall Council. You will work under the direction of the Assistant Director of Transformation & Digital, providing oversight, risk management, and ensuring successful benefit realisation. You will lead complex projects, manage budgets, and engage with senior executives and stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n

- Manage and deliver large-scale business change programmes across the Council.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of transformational projects.
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop and present business cases and reports for executive approval.
- Proactively manage project risks and interdependencies.
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
