Project Manager

Project Manager sought to join the IT department of an award-winning, recruitment agency group as they continue to expand their digital presence across multiple brands.

 

The Role:

As Project Manager, you will play a leading role in the delivery of complex IT projects. You will plan, execute, and close projects ensuring they are according to schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your day-to-day duties will include:



Developing and executing comprehensive project plans: defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

Managing project resources, including budget, timeline, and team allocation

Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to the project plan

Identifying and managing project risks and dependencies

Ensuring effective communication and collaboration among project team members

Enhancing project efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements

Building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, including business and IT teamsThe successful Project Manager will have:



Proven experience in project management

Demonstrable track record of delivering successful IT projects

Strong understanding of project management methodologies e.g., Agile, Waterfall

Agile Scrum experience is desirable

Azure DevOps expertise would be beneficial

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills

Strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills

Experience of working in the recruitment industry is desirable but not essentialBenefits:



£55,000 - £65,000 salary depending on experience

32 days holiday rising with service to 37 max including bank holidays
