We are a growing construction company looking for a Project Manager to manage construction projects within an active healthcare environment. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Must have excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Requirements:

• show up every day on time
• 100% clean background check (Some misdemeanors ok)
• pass mechanical aptitude test
• neat and clean appearance
• communicate clearly and be able to articulate your task to multiple parties (Bilingual a plus)
• ability to work overtime when required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields in industrial, DOD, or hospital construction.
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Project Engineering experience, and bookkeeping experience a plus
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
