We are a growing construction company looking for a Project Manager to manage construction projects within an active healthcare environment. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Requirements:
- show up every day on time
- 100% clean background check (Some misdemeanors ok)
- pass mechanical aptitude test
- neat and clean appearance
- communicate clearly and be able to articulate your task to multiple parties (Bilingual a plus)
- ability to work overtime when required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields in industrial, DOD, or hospital construction.
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Project Engineering experience, and bookkeeping experience a plus
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
